Returns & Refunds

Your right to cancel You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email us at virelshoop@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Returning items Please send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Items should be returned in the condition you received them. You may handle items to inspect them as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been used beyond that. We'll send you the return address when you contact us. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage is paid by you.

Your refund We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you've sent them back), including the standard delivery cost of your original order, using the same payment method you used to pay.

Faulty or incorrect items If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exceptions For hygiene reasons, beauty and personal-care items that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.
