Where do you ship from?
Our orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse, so there are no customs charges on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back. See our Refund Policy for details.
Are the covers washable?
Where a product has a removable cover, it's machine washable. Check each product page for care details.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog from nose to base of tail while lying down and add a few centimetres. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help.
